| 摘 要： | 为进一步优化军队卫生事业费供应与管理,本研究对××个团以上单位 2002年度卫生事业费供应保障情况进行了调研,结果显示部队卫生事业费保障水平存在明显不足,结合实际,本文提出要改善这种局面,可从以下几方面着手:①提高思想认识,立足节约挖潜。②优化标准结构。③确立增资机制。④确定项目经费比例。⑤建立考评体系。

| Abstract: | In order to optimize the provision and management of health charge, the investigation group investigated x units above regiment of provision of health charge in 2002 year. The result shows deficiency in health charge provision in troops. The author put forward viewpoints to improve this situation. Firstly, improve idea and recognition, and base on saving. Secondly, optimize standard structure. Thirdly, establish mechanism of increasing capital. Fourthly, set the ratio of item and fund. Fifthly, establish evaluation system. |
