| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析脑梗塞时高血糖对预后的影响 ;方法 :对 56例急性脑梗塞患者入院次日查空腹血糖 ,根据血糖的高低分为高血糖和正常血糖两组 ,观察两组间脑梗塞预后的差异 ;结果 :高血糖组脑梗塞预后明显较低血糖组差 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;结论 :脑梗塞合并高血糖预后差 ,应尽量避免使用诱发血糖增高的药物 ,将血糖控制在较低水平 ,促进神经功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the effect of hyperglucemia on the prognosis of the cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of patients were divided into the hyperglucemia group and the normal plasma glucose group according to fasting plasma glucose level after the fasting plasma glucose was measured.The changes of prognosis of cerebral infarction were observed in the two groups.Results:The prognosis of the hyperglucemia group was obviously worse than that of the normal plasma glucose group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.01) between the hyperglucemia group and the normal group. Conclusion: The prognosis is not good in the cerebral infarction with hyperglucemia. It should be avoided to use any medicine that can cause plasma glucose to rise. Plasma glucose should be controlled in the normal range to promote the recovery of neurous function. |
