无痛胃镜检查术106例

目的探讨无痛胃镜检查方法的优点。方法对106例患者采用无痛胃镜检查,静注芬太尼、异丙酚后,进行胃镜检查,观察其血压、心率、呼吸、脉搏、血氧饱和度,患者的呼吸情况,如术中出现呼吸频率降低或屏气、血氧饱和度下降、血压降低、心率减慢等情况及时对症处理。结果除1例患者因发生喉痉挛暂停检查,待患者清醒后改行常规胃镜检查外其余患者均顺利完成胃镜检查。所有患者无术中记忆,自觉欣快舒适,表示乐于再次接受无痛胃镜检查。1%的患者术后24 h内有不适感觉,如头晕、头痛、恶心等,这些不适感觉通常在24 h后自行消失。结论无痛胃镜的检查方法可以大大减少普通胃镜检查方法给患者带来的痛苦,该方法安全可靠。

The clinical effects of indolence gastroscopy:a report of 106 cases

Objective To approach the clinical effects of indolence Gastroscopy. Methods Prepare examination the same with convention gastroscopy preoperatively. 1 -2mg/kg Fentanyl was intravenous injected during 15 - 20 s and one min later 1.5 -2mg/kg Propofol was bolus during 30s -40s when the lash reflex was slown or even van- ished,and spontaneously breathing became normal, gastroscopy could be undertaken. If the patients showed restless- ness during the operation,0. 5 mg/kg Propofol should be added to. Results None of the patients showed serious adverse reaction or concurrent diseases. All of them came to their conscious during 15 min after the examination and no suffering recall left. Conclusion The indolence gastroscop is safety,easy and feasible method for the exiamination of pastric diseases with less pain.
