奥曲肽治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察奥曲肽治疗肝硬变食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法 将72例病人分成三组,24例予以奥曲肽治疗,24例予垂体后叶素治疗,24例予以垂体后叶素加硝酸甘油治疗。结果 奥曲肽组显效率70.8%(17/24),总有效率83.3%(20/24);垂体后叶素组显效率33.3%(8/24),总有效率50.0%(12/24);垂体后叶素组加硝酸甘油组显效率41.7%(10/24),总有效率79.2%(19/24)。三组间比较差异均有显著意义。结论 奥曲肽治疗肝硬变食管静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效优于垂体后叶素及垂体后叶素加硝酸甘油。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of Octriotid in the treatment of ruptured hemorrhage of esophageal piles from hepatocirrhosis.Methods 72 cases of hemorrhage patients were divided into three groups as follows:24 cases were given Octriotid intravenously;24 cases were given venous dropping of hypoplysin;the rest 24 cases were given hypophysin plus nitroglycerol.Results The significant effective rate in Octriotid group was 70.8%(17/24) with the overall effective rate of 83.3%(20/24);In the hypophysin group,the results were 33.3%(8/24) for the significant effective rate,and 50.0%(12/24) for the overall effective rate;In the hypophysin plus nitroglycerol group,41.7%(10/24) was for the significant effective rate,and 79.2%(19/24) for the overall effective rate.There were significant differences between the three groups.Conclusion The effects of Octriotid in the treatment of rupture hemorrhage of esophageal piles are more effective than those of hypophysin or hypophysin plus nitroglycerol.
