| 摘 要： | [目的]了解昆明中学教师慢性咽炎的主要危险因素,探讨教师慢性咽炎的综合防治措施。[方法]采用病例对照研究的方法,从昆明中学教师中选取200位患病教师,按照1︰1的比例从未患慢性咽炎的普通人群中收集对照组样本,进行条件Logistic回归分析。[结果]慢性咽炎的危险因素为:性别、烟龄、吸烟频率、饮酒频率、饮食习惯、用嗓时间、工作环境、负性情绪、鼻部疾病。[结论]根据危险因素,及时、有效地采取干预措施,是防止慢性咽炎患病和复发的重要方法。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study on the risk factors analysis of chronic pharyngitis of middle school teachers in Kunming, so as to discuss the comprehensive measure of prevention and control of chronic pharyngitis.
