| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血必净对外科感染性疾病治疗的临床价值。方法：选择我院普外科收治外科感染性疾病78例，随机分为两组：对照组39例予抗生素治疗；治疗组39例给予血必净与抗生素联合治疗。观察血必净注射液治疗外科感染性疾病的疗效。结果：治疗组的病人短期内感染得到控制，住院时间缩短，住院费用未有明显增加。结论：血必净是治疗外科感染性疾病较有效的药物，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical value of XueBiJing Injection in treating the surgical infectious diseases. Methods: Seventy-eight patients in our GENESURY suffering from infectious diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups while 39 cases in the control group were treated with antibiotic and another 39 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xuebijing Injections in combination with antibiotics to therapeutic alliance,and the curative effect of XueBiJing Injection on surgical infectious diseases were observed. Results: Infections of all patients in the treatment group were being effectively controlled in a short-term, while the hospitalized time were decreased and charge of hospitalization hadn't obviously increased. Conclusions: Xuebijing Injection is effective in treating with surgical infectious diseases and thus worthy of further for clinic to apply. |
