| 摘 要： | 目的:分析MEBO治疗糖尿病足的临床效果,寻求临床治疗糖尿病足的有效治疗方法.方法:将同期收治的60例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为实验组和对照组.实验组32例创面采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,与28例1∶5000呋喃西林换药治疗组进行疗效比较.结果:实验组总有效率明显优于对照组,P<0.05.结论:MEBO对糖尿病足溃疡具有良好的治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To review clinical effect of MEBO in treating diabetic foot ulcers so as to seek the effective treatment method on diabetic foot ulcers. Method： 60 cases were divided into experiment group and control group randomly. In experiment group, 32 cases were treated with MEBO, while in control group, 28 cases were treated with nitrofura- zone solution （ 1 ： 5000） . The effects of two groups were compared. Result： The total efficacy rate of experiment group was superior to that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： MEBO has preferred effect in treating diabetic foot ulcers. |
