| 摘 要： | 目的目前,以腹腔镜手术为代表的微创治疗方法已经成为外科发展的一种趋势,腹腔镜技术广泛应用于良性妇科疾病的治疗。文中比较分析腹腔镜手术和传统开腹手术治疗良性妇科疾病的临床效果,探讨腹腔镜妇科手术的推广应用价值。方法回顾性分析2005年7月至2009年12月第九二医院进行良性妇科疾病手术患者520例,其中腹腔镜手术320例,开腹手术200例,比较2种手术利弊。结果腹腔镜手术组的术中出血量、术后排气时间和住院天数均低于开腹手术组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。但腹腔镜手术组手术时间较开腹手术组长,P<0.05。手术并发症2组各有不同,腹腔镜组10例中转开腹、5例发生皮下气肿、1例膀胱损伤;开腹手术组切口愈合不良5例。结论妇科良性疾病腹腔镜手术较传统开腹手术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,值得临床推广应用。
