| 摘 要： | 目的新辅助化疗可改善胃癌患者预后,文中研究FLEEOX新辅助化疗对进展期胃癌患者术后并发症的影响。方法 41例经CT评价为不可切除的进展期胃癌患者作为实验组,接受2个疗程的FLEEOX新辅助化疗后再行手术治疗,同期54例进展期胃癌患者作为对照组接受单纯手术治疗,术后观察2组患者术后并发症发生率的差别。结果 2组患者的术后并发症总体发生率为17.9%,其中FLEEOX组为17.1%,对照组为18.5%。2组无明显差异(P=0.85)。结论进展期胃癌患者接受FLEEOX方案新辅助化疗后并未增加术后并发症的风险,是安全可行的。
