| 摘 要： | 目的传统冠状开颅手术方法创伤较大,文中探讨神经内镜下眶上锁孔入路治疗外伤后单侧额叶迟发性脑内血肿效果。方法对40例患者行眶上锁孔入路,利用神经内镜直视下清除单侧外伤后额叶迟发性脑内血肿的治疗。结果术后半年对患者依照日常生活能力(activities of daily living,ADL)分级,达到Ⅰ级15例,Ⅱ级17例,Ⅲ级7例,Ⅳ级1例,Ⅴ级0例。结论外伤后额叶迟发性脑内血肿一般无活动性出血,临床使用神经内镜和眶上锁孔入路清除迟发性脑内血肿具有手术创伤小、时间短、血肿清除率高和术后恢复快的优点。
