| 摘 要： | 目的冠心病是目前公认的身心疾病,心理社会因素与其发生、发展及预后关系密切,其中焦虑、抑郁尤为重要。文中旨在研究心理干预对冠心病(coronary heart d isease,CHD)患者伴焦虑、抑郁的作用。方法将102例CHD伴焦虑、抑郁的住院患者随机分为2组,单纯药物治疗为对照组,50例患者;药物治疗+心理干预为心理干预组,52例患者。2组患者在治疗前和治疗3周均采用抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、90项症状清单(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)评分,出院时进行临床疗效总体评估。结果心理干预组与对照组患者SAS、SDS、SCL-90首次评定结果无显著性差异;3周后再次评定,心理干预组患者的SAS、SDS、SCL-90评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预对CHD伴焦虑、抑郁患者有很好的治疗效果。
