摘    要:用冰冻切片桑色素荧光染色法观察矽肺大鼠肺组织中的铝元素。经腹腔注射柠檬酸铝后可见肺组织切片中铝的荧光色淀明显增加,而矽肺大鼠和正常大鼠肺组织中则基本观察不到铝的色淀沉着。说明注射铝剂后经血流可以到达矽肺组织。在石英混悬液中加入柠檬酸铝后,同样可观察到在石英颗粒表面包绕着铝的荧光色淀。

Abstract:Frozen lung sections of silicotic rats treated with Aluminiun citratewere studied with morin fluorescent stain method for Aluminium (A1).A great number of Al fluorescence lakes were found under fluorescentmicroscope, in Al treated lungs, but scarcely in normal and silicoticlungs. It is indicated that Al can reach the lung from blood and playan important role in silicosis. There was green Al fluorescence on thequartz surface when Al mixed with quartz suspension.
