储存温度与时间对血清标本生化检验结果的影响

目的探讨血清标本在不同温度与时间下储存对生化检验结果的影响。方法将血清标本分不密封、密封分别放置35、20、4℃的环境中保存1、2．4h后，检测150例病人11项生化指标ALT、AST、CK、TB、TP、Alb、TC、BUN、UA、Glu、P的值，并与放置前测定的值进行比较。结果血清密封放置在各个温度下2h后无显著性改变；而无密封放置20℃4h后有9项结果增高，有显著性差异（p〈0．05）。结论做好分析前标本质量控制，血清标本应及时检测，如不能及时检测应将分离的血清放置于冰箱4℃密封保存。

THE INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT STORAGE TEMPERATURE AND TIME ON THE OUT-COME OF SERUM BIOCHEMICAL TEST

Objective To investigate the influence of different storage temperatures and time on the outcome of serum biochemical test. Method Serum specimens is opened or sealed planted in 35℃, 20℃, 4℃ environment preserved for 1,2,4 hours. 11 biochemical markers （ALT, AST, CK, TB, TP, Alb, TC, BUN, uric acid, Glu, P） of 150 patients were tested, then compared the results. Result There axe no significant change after 2 hour of sealed Serum impressed with the results placed in various temperature; after 4h the Serum of no sealed placed 20℃ have nine results higher, with significant difference （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Control the quality of specimens before analysis, serum samples should be, if they can not be timely detected, placed in the refrigerator at 4℃ and kept sealed.
