羟基喜树碱联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌疗效观察

目的观察羟基喜树碱(HCPT)、氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)、醛氢叶酸(LV)联合治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析52例晚期大肠癌患者用HCPT联合5-Fu、LV化疗,每21d为一个周期。化疗两周期后对疗效及副反应进行评价。结果52例均可评价疗效,CR1例,PR23例,SD18例,PD10例。本组总的有效率46·2%,化疗受益率80·7%。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论HCPT联合5-Fu、LV是治疗晚期大肠癌的有效方案且毒副反应轻,值得临床推广应用。

EFFICACY OF COMBINED CHEMOTHERAPY CONTAINING HYDROXYL CAMPTOTHECIN IN THE TREATMENT OF ADVANCED COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined chemotherapy containing hydroxyl camptothecin (HCPT)、5-fluorouracil(5-Fu)、leucovorin (LV)in the treatment of advanced colorectal carcinoma. Methods HCPT 10 mg/d, iv gtt、d1-5, 5-Fu 500 mg/d, iv gtt d1-5, LV 200mg/d, iv gtt, d1-5. The regimen was repeated every 21-days as 1 cycle. The efficacy and side effects were analyzed after two cycles of chemotherapy. Results Fifty- two cases of advanced colorectal carcinoma were evaluated for efficacy. One achieved CR, 23 PR, 18 SD, and 10 PD. Overall response rate was 46.2%, benefit rate was 80.7%. The main side effects were myelosuppression, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Conclusion Combined chemotherapy with HCP- T、5-Fu、LV in the treatment of advanced colorectal carcinoma showed higher efficacy and low toxicity, could be used widely in clinical applications.
