| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血的疗效。方法对18例大咯血病人行急诊支气管动脉栓塞术(BAE),其中单纯用明胶海绵(GS)栓塞7例,GS加真丝线段(ST)栓塞10例,单纯用聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒栓塞1例。结果18例中16例立即止血,1例4天后止血,1例失败。GS栓塞组1例9月后复发。结论经支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血安全、有效,复发率低。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of bronchi arteries embolization(BAE) to treat serious hemoptysis. Methods 18 patients with serious hemoptysis were taken emergent select BAE. Only gelatinum sponge(GS) were used in 7 cases, Both GS and silk thread(ST) were used in 10 cases and only polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was used in 1 case. Result 16 cases were stanched immediately, one case stopped bleeding 4 days late, one failed and one recurred in 9 months. Conclusion The bronchi artery embolization in the treatment of serious hemoptysis is safety and effective, and the recurring rates is low. |
