病毒性肝炎病理分期与脾脏指标的相关性研究

目的探讨慢性病毒性肝炎病理分期与脾脏大小及脾静脉指标的关系。方法 234例慢肝患者根据肝穿结果肝纤维化程度分为S0～S4五期,按炎症分为G1～G4四期。比较慢肝不同病理分期之间脾脏指标的差异。结果 S分期之间脾脏大小及脾静脉内径差异有统计学意义,且随S分期增高而增大。G4与其它各分期之间脾脏大小、脾静脉内径差异有统计学意义,且高于其它各组。结论慢肝患者脾脏增大,脾静脉内径增宽随肝脏病理纤维化及炎症分期的增高而增大。

Pathological Stage of Viral Hepatitis Associated with the Study of Spleen Index

Objective To study the relationship between the pathological staging of chronic viral hepatitis and spleen size and splenic vein index.Methods 234 patients with slow-dressed according to the results of liver fibrosis in the liver were classified into S0-S4,and were divided into G1-G4 according to inflammation.Spleen index differences in different clinical stages of liver were compared.Results In S phases,the spleen size and splenic vein diameter were significantly different,and increased with the increasing S phases.G between the phases of spleen size and splenic vein diameter increased while the increase in phases,G4 and other phases between the spleen size and splenic vein diameter was significantly different.Conclusion Splenic vein diameter widened and increased with the liver pathology staging of fibrosis and inflammation in patients with chronic viral hepatitis.
