摘    要:目的:研究Y14在乳腺癌组织、乳腺良性肿瘤组织及癌旁乳腺组织的表达及意义。方法:应用Western blotting、RT-PCR 等方法测定Y14在乳腺癌组织、乳腺良性肿瘤组织及癌旁乳腺组织的表达情况。结果:1)Y14在乳腺癌组织和癌旁乳腺组织的表达水平有明显差异,乳腺癌组织的Y14表达明显高于癌旁乳腺组织(P<0.05)。 2)在乳腺癌中,组织学Ⅲ级组的Y14表达明显高于Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级组(P<0.05)。 3)有淋巴结转移的腋窝淋巴结(+)组的Y14表达高于腋窝淋巴结(-)组(P<0.05)。 4)乳腺癌≤2cm组的Y14和Upf1 表达和>2cm组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论:Y14的作用在乳腺癌组织中明显增强。Y14的表达在组织学Ⅲ级和腋窝淋巴结转移(+)乳腺癌组织中表达增高,与肿瘤大小无关。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of Y14in human breast cancer and its significance. Methods:Western blot and RT-PCR were applied to detect the expression of Y14in human breast cancer tissue and tumor-adjacent tissue. Results: Y14expression was higher in human breast cancer tissue than in tumor-adjacent tissue ( P<0.05). Y 14expression was higher in pathological grade Ⅲtissue than in grade Ⅰand Ⅱtissue (P<0.05). Y 14expression in breast cancer tissue from patients with positive axillary lymph nodes was higher than in breast cancer tissue from patients without positive axil -lary lymph nodes ( P<0.05). No significant difference was found in Y14expression between breast cancer tissue from pa-tients with a tumor smaller than 2 cm in diameter and breast cancer tissue from patients with a tumor larger than 2 cm in di-ameter ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Y14expression is increased in breast cancer tissue. Y 14expression is increased in pathologi -cal grad Ⅲtissue and tissue from patients with positive axillary lymph nodes. There is no correlation between Y 14expres-sion and tumor size.
