摘    要:采用HPLC法,色谱条件:Welchorm-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),在检测波长226 nm,柱温25℃下,以乙腈(A%)-水(B%)为流动相,流速1 mL·min-1梯度洗脱,初步建立了醋狼毒(月腺大戟)HPLC指纹图谱,确定醋狼毒(月腺大戟)中有24个共有峰。该方法准确、可靠、稳定,可以用于醋狼毒(月腺大戟)饮片的质量控制。

Abstract:Chromatographic fingerprints for the quality control of vinegar-processed Euphorbiae ebracte-olatae Radix were established on a Welchorm-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) column with mobile phase ofacetonitrile and water by gradient elution at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1. The column temperature was at 25℃ and detection wavelength was set at 226 nm. There were 24 common peaks selected in the chro-matograms, and all the common peeks were separated effectively. The precision, repeatability, and stabilityof this method were satisfying and can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of vinegar-processed Euphorbiae ebracteolatae Radix.
