老年心力衰竭313例诱因分析

目的探讨老年心力衰竭(CHF)的病因、发病诱因,为提高老年CHF防治水平提供临床依据。方法对我院近5年老年心力衰竭患者资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果老年心衰病人发病季节特点为冬季占全年41.5%,春季占21.4%,夏季11.5%,秋季25.6%;老年人心力衰竭临床诱因特点为感染81例(26.0%),心肌缺血73例(23.4%),劳累59例(18.7%),情绪激动25例(8.0%),输液过快15例(8.0%)。结论老年CHF发病时间存在明显的季节差异,表现为冬高夏低。老年人心衰临床主要诱因为感染、心肌缺血、心律失常。

THE CAUSE ANALYSIS OF CHRONIC HEART FAILURE OF 313 AGED PATIENTS

Objective To explore the cause and motivation of chronic heart failure (CHF)in aged patients, so as to provide clinical bases for improving the aged CHF prevention and cure. Methods 313 cases of clinical history record of the aged with CHF in recent 5 years were reviewed and then made an analysis. Results The season character of aged CHF morbidity was 41.5% in the winter, 21.4% in the spring, 11.5% in the summer and 25.6% in autumn; the clinical motivation of aged CHF was infection in 81 cases (26.0%), myocardial ischemia 73 cases (23.4%), exhaustion 59 cases (18.7%), excitation 25 cases (8.0%) and transfusion too quick 15 cases (8.0%). Conclusion The morbidity time of aged CHF has season difference apparently, it is higher in the winter and lower in the summer. The motivation of the aged CHF is infection, myocardial ischemia and cardiac arrhythmia.
