Isolated central nervous system histoplasmosis

A solitary localized Histoplasma infection of the central nervous system, a "histoplasmoma," may mimic a neoplastic brain tumor clinically and radiographically and should be considered in a differential diagnosis of localized central nervous system mass lesions.
