| 摘 要： | 目的 用薄层扫描法测定维参锌胶囊中人参皂苷Re的含量。方法 以氯仿-甲醇-水(65:35:10)为展开剂,双波长反射法锯齿扫描:λs=525nm,λR=700nm。结果 平均回收率为98.80%,RSD =0.67%(n =5)。结论 该方法简便、准确、重现好。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a determination method for Weishenxin Capsules by TLCS. Methods Using silicagel G and chloroform-methanol-water (65:35:10)as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 525nm. Results The average recovery was 98.80% andRSD was 0.67%(n =5) respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility. |
