| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨治疗美多芭致便秘的安全、有效的方法。方法 :随机将服用美多芭致便秘的 84例住院帕金森病患者分为两组 ,各 4 2例 ,观察组用中药大黄粉乙醇泥敷贴足三里 ,对照组用番泻叶泡水口服 ,用药 1次后 ,观察两组疗效。结果 :观察组与对照组各有 38例有效 ,有效率为 90 4 8% ,两组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :大黄乙醇泥敷足三里 ,能有效治疗美多芭所致的便秘。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore for safe and effective therapy method for constipation caused by MeiDuoBa.Method:84 cases with pakinsan syndrom were divided into herb medicine group and control group.In herb medicine group,Csusanli acupoints were dressed by Rhubarb alcohol ointment.While control group received senna drink.Result:Effective ratio is 90 48% for two group,no significant differences(P>0 05).Conclusion:Rhubarb alcohol ointment on csusanli can treat constipation caused by MeiDuoBa effectively. |
