Abstract: | A rare case of coronary separation of nosecone fixed to a 6 Fr GTO cutter catheter after failed directional coronary atherectomy (DCA) is reported. Revascularization was successful using a stent via the subintimal neolumen beside the nosecone. Heavily calcified lesions are relative contraindications to DCA. |
