多瑞吉对82例癌痛的镇痛效果观察

目的:观察多瑞吉(芬太尼透皮贴片)对癌痛的镇痛效果及不良反应。方法:82例中、重度癌痛病人常规剂量应用多瑞吉，按WHO疼痛分级法判断疼痛缓解程度和药物不良反应，分析观察结果。结果病人疼痛缓解率为95.1％，恶心、呕吐、便秘及排尿困难等不良反应发生率为26．8％。结论:多瑞吉在癌痛病人应用中镇痛效果确切，用法简单，不良反应少，可明显改善癌症病人的生活质量，适用于中、晚期癌痛病人。

Observation on the efficacy of Durogesic in the treatment of cancer pain:Report of 82 cases

Objective To observe the efficacy and side-effect of Durogesic in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods Eighty-two patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were treated by Durogesic.Accoding to the WHO pain grade to estimate the pain revive degree and adverse reaction,the observed results were analysed .Results The pain revive rate were 95.1%;the adverse reaction rate were 26.8% for example nausea,vomiting,constipation,dysuria and so on.Conclusion Durogesic is effective,and its adverse reaction mild Using Durogesic is a simple way to relieve cancer pain in patients with moderate or severe pain.It can improve the quality of life markedly.
