摘    要:目的探讨医院集团化建设中二级医院关键业绩指标(KPI)绩效评价的主要方法和医院绩效薪酬管理办法。方法KPI绩效管理主要包括明确医院发展目标、选择绩效评价对象、制定关键业绩指标和权重,以及绩效评价结果分析。医院薪酬管理包括医院成本核算和制订薪酬管理的原则和方法。结果通过KPI绩效考核和薪酬管理,提高了职工成本意识,调动了职工的积极性。结论KPI绩效考核为制订合理的奖金分配方案提供了平台,提高了医院绩效管理水平。

Discussion on the performance evaluation by key performance indications and salary management in two-level hospital during hospital group construction

Abstract:Objective To discuss the methods of performance evaluation by key performance indications (KPI) and of value assessment on salary management in two-level hospital during hospital group construction. Methods KPI performance evaluation included the definition of the aim of hospital development, the selection of KPI and determination of its weighing, and the result analysis of performance evaluation. The salary management involved the cost accounting and working out the fundamental principles of salary management. Results It was increased of cost consciousness and work activity of hospital workers by use of KPI performance evaluation and the methods of salary management. Conclusion The KPI performance evaluation provided a plate to making bonus alloeative decision, and increased the level of performance management in hospital.
