放射CT血管造影对冠状动脉疾病诊断的临床应用

摘    要:目的评价放射CT血管造影对冠状动脉钙化斑块检出的影响。方法52例病人采用放射CT血管造影扫描心电门控技术行冠状动脉钙化积分检查,每一病例原始数据进行2种不同层厚(1mm和3mm)重建。结果3mm组检出的钙化斑块数最多为52个,其中小钙化斑块数达到45个。以1mm组检出的钙化斑块数及其中的小钙化斑块数为标准,3mm检出的钙化斑块及小钙化斑块敏感性相对较低。结论采用放射CT血管造影容积扫描回顾性心电门控技术检出钙化斑块时,3mm层厚是不适宜的,1mm层厚较3mm层厚可以检出更多的钙化斑块,尤其是小钙化斑块,对于临床确定钙化斑块的存在是适合的。

Clinical Application of Radiation CT Angiography Diagnosis of Coronary Artery Disease
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the impact of radiation CT angiography detection of coronary artery calcified plaque.Methods 52 patients with radiation CT angiography scan ECG-gated coronary calcification score technical inspection,two kinds of different thickness(1 mm and 3 mm) were reconstructed from the original data for each case.Results 3 mm group of calcified plaque detected a maximum of 52,in which the small calcified plaques had reached 45.Taking the number of detected calcified plaque and small number of calcified plaque with 1 mm group as standard,the sensitivity of calcified plaque and small calcified plaque detected with 3 mm group was relatively lower.Conclusion In application of CT angiography radiation volume scanning retrospective ECG-gated technique for detection of calcified plaque,3 mm thickness technique is inappropriate,but 1 mm thickness technique can detect more calcified plaques than that of 3 mm thickness,especially small calcified plaque,whichi is appropriate for clinical determination of the presence of calcified plaque.
