食管及贲门癌术后肺功能变化

目的观察食管、贲门癌术前及术后肺功能变化。方法采用德国JAEGER肺功能机对32例经左胸食管及贲门癌手术患者进行了术前、后肺功能的观察,并进行统计分析。结果术后肺功能与术前肺功能相比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);术后实测肺功能与预计值相比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论经左胸食管及贲门癌手术后肺功能显著降低,其是综合因素的结果,术后密切观察并予及时有效的治疗,是患者顺利恢复的关键。

Changes of pulmonary functions after esophageal cancer and cardia cancer surgery

Objective To investigate the effects of esophageal and cardiac cancer surgeries on the pulmonary functions. Methods German JAEGER machine was used to analyze the pulmonary functions of 32 patients with esophageal or cardiac cancers before and after the operations. And statistical analyses were performed on the data collected. Results The pulmonary functions observed were significantly decreased after the surgeries(P<0.05), and they were also significantly different from what was expected(P<0.05). Conclusion The esophageal and cardiac cancer surgeries led to the reduction of pulmonary functions, which probably is due to a combination of different factors. Therefore, prompt and effective treatment under close medical supervision may be the key for smooth recovery.
