纵裂牙修复保存的临床体会

目的:探讨纵裂牙修复保存的临床体会。方法:先用结扎丝沿牙接触点下先磨出的浅沟来结扎患牙,且将未作根管充填或塑化的患者行根管治疗,待治疗结束后,沿纵裂线备工类洞,深至本质层(约2.5 mm),最好两侧用自攻自断针各置一侧,再用后牙光固化树脂修复,然后将各面倒凹去除,预备出1~2 mm的间隙,形成协调就位道。同时制备咬牙合面约1~2 mm的间隙,正中与非正中牙合位时咬牙合面间隙应一致。而颈部制备成凹形肩台,稍低于龈下约0.5 mm。各面制备后应完滑,无尖锐交界及粗糙面。试戴全冠,无临床症状后粘固。结果:132例患者达到成功标准,28例达到好转标准,1例治疗失败,总有效率为99.38%。结论:纵裂牙结扎后行铸造全冠修复以保存患牙,取得明显的临床效果。
