| 摘 要： | 目的:为探讨尿白蛋白排泄率对动脉粥样硬化及脑梗塞的相关关系.方法:将121例Ⅱ型糖尿病分为正常白蛋白白尿、微量白蛋白尿、显性白蛋白尿三组,对其血、心电图及脑梗塞发病状况进行分析.结果:显示Ⅱ型糖尿病尿白蛋白排泄异常存在着脂代谢紊乱,心电图缺血表现及脑梗塞发生率明显增多,显性白蛋白尿组多发性脑梗塞发生率明显多于微白蛋白尿组.结论:尿白蛋白排泄率不仅是Ⅱ型糖尿病缺血性心脏病有力的预测指标,也可能是并发脑梗塞的危险信号.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the change of urinealburmin excreation rate(UAE)in patients with ischermic heart disease(ISI)and cerbralinfarction(CT).MethodsSeleted on the basis of UAE measurements.121 NIDDM subjects were divided into 3 groupsnormo lbuminuric(1 group),microalbuminuric(2 group)and macroalbuminuric(3 group),The plasma TC,TG and HDL-ch were measured,12-lead EKG were taken,and the morbidity of CI was analysed.ResultsThere is lipid metabolism distrubance in NIDDM with nephropathy,the morbidity of multiple cerbral infarction is higher in 3 group than that in 2 group.A significant increase in morbidity of ISD and CI is found in patients with NIDDM,ConclusionUAE measurement is useful for predicting ISD,and is possibly a signal to CI in patients with NIDDM. |
