| 摘 要： | 动物实验对生物医学的发展起到重要作用。但是随着动物保护运动的兴起，动物实验受到来自动物权利论和动物福利法的挑战。动物权利论是生态伦理学的一个流派，主张动物和人类一样，也拥有天赋的生存权和自由权。医学工作者应以科学、认真、人道的态度来进行动物实验。

| Abstract: | Animal experiments play an important role in development of biomedicine.But with the rise of aniaml protection,animal experiments are suffering the challenge from the theory on animal rights and animal welfare act.The theory about animal rights is a genre of ecoethics,which claims animal has congenital survival and freedom rights as well as human.Medicine people should have scientific,serious and humane attitudes to take aniaml experiments. |
