非意愿妊娠情况分析

目的:通过对常州市育龄妇女非意愿妊娠的现状调查,分析中止非意愿妊娠的理想方式,探讨降低非意愿妊娠的有效措施,保护广大育龄妇女的生殖健康。方法:根据常州市区所有从事计划生育手术单位的月报表,对2002～2005年间的73346例人工流产进行回顾性分析。结果:药物流产构成比由2002年的33.92%上升至2005年的48.08%(P<0.01),人工流产负压吸引术构成比由2002年的60.27%下降至2005年的48.08%(P<0.01)。终止妊娠手术原因前三位分别为未婚先孕(36.09%)、其它(24.02%)及无措施(21.36%),未婚先孕者流产由2002年的30.52%上升至2005年的39.84%(P<0.01)。结论:常州市区各医院计划生育手术以负压吸引术和药流术为主,药流数逐年上升;减少非意愿妊娠的重点是加强青少年生殖健康教育,以及宣传普及避孕知识,合理应用紧急避孕方法。

An analysis of unwilling pregnancy in childbearing age women

Objective:To explore suitable manner of abortion and effective intervention of decreasing unwilling pregnancy, assure reproductive health of women, through investigating epidemiology of unwilling pregnancy in childbearing age women of Changzhou city.Methods:73 346 induced abortion were analysed retrospectively between 2002~2005 according to 'the monthly report forms supplied by all medical institutions in Changzhou city.Results: The constituent ratio of drug abortion increased to 48.08% in 2005 from 33.92% in 2002(P<0.01 ), while the constituent ratio of consecutive menstrual aspirations decreased to 48.08% in 2005 from 60.27% in 2002(P<0.01). The three main causes of pregnancy termination were unmarried(36.09%), others(24.02%) and without contraception (21.36%)in turn tim percentage of unmarried women' s abortion increased to 39.84% in 2005 from 30.53% in 2002 (P<0.01).Conclusion:Consecutive menstrual aspirations and drug abortion were major manners of family planning adopted by MI medical institutions in Changzhou city while the percentage of drug abortion increased year by year. To reduce unwilling pregnancy, education of reproductive health to adolescent , popularize knowledge of contraception and adopt urgent contraception reasonably should be emphasized.
