刺五加提取物的总黄酮含量测定及其对血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的 测定刺五加提取物的总黄酮含量并观察刺五加对血液流变学的影响。方法 采用分光光度法测定刺五加总黄酮的含量。利用血细胞分析仪进行血液成分测定,采用荧光偏振法测定红细胞膜流动性和微黏度。结果 刺五加提取物与刺五加注射液的总黄酮含量相近。2组溶液对小鼠白细胞数量、红细胞数量、平均血细胞容积、血红蛋白含量以及血小板数量均无显著影响;2组溶液均可增加红细胞膜流动性,降低微黏度,其中刺五加注射液的作用更为显著。结论 刺五加提取物可以增加红细胞膜流动性,从而降低血液黏度,改善血液流变学指标。

Abstract:Aim To determine contents of total flavonoids of Acanthopanax senticosus extract and observe its effect on hemorheology. Methods The contents of total flavonoids of Acanthopanax senticosus were determined by spectrophotometry. Blood ingredients were determined by the blood cell analyzer, and erythrocyte membrane fluidity and microviscosity were measured by fluorescence polatization techniques. Results The total flavonoids contents of Acanthopanax senticosus extract and injection were similar. Both solutions had no apparent effects on WBC,RBC, MCV,HGB and PLT, but increased erythrocyte membrane fluidity and lowered microviscosity, and the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus injection was more significant. Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus extract can increase erythrocyte membrane fluidity so that blood viscosity is lowered and hemorheology factors are improved.
