| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨面向医院资产管理的HRP信息系统的设计与运用，实现以财务管理为主线的设备资产全生命周期的动态跟踪管理。方法：针对设备资产管理存在的问题，阐述了HRP信息系统的功能定位和一体化管理平台的实施过程。结果：HRP信息系统为管理者提供最基础的数据平台，支持决策层通过数据的分析为管理层提供决策支持。结论：HRP信息系统实现了医院物流、资金流、信息流的一体化整合，提升了医院资产运营的效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the design and application of HRP information system for hospital asset management so as to realize financial-management-oriented life-cycle dynamic tracing management for equipment. Methods With the problems in equipment management considered, the functions of HRP information system and implementation of integrated management platform were described. Results HRP information system provided the manager with basic data platform, and supplied decision support by data analysis. Conclusion HRP information system realizes the integration of hospital logistics, capital flow and information flow, and thus enhances the efficiency of hospital asset. |
