摘    要:目的:研究野战环境下如何利用便携移动设备,借助智能技术与信息技术,辅助基层军医完成卫勤保障任务。方法:在语义网知识库数据结构的基础上,围绕疾病机理和诊疗核心,仿真医生临床思维,全面整合西医、中医的内在关系,设计移动医疗智能专家系统,辅助基层军医在缺少专家帮助和大型医疗设备支持的环境下,能够独立完成疾病的诊疗。结果:该系统通过广西边防基层卫生机构使用论证,得到基层部队的一致认可。结论:基层卫生机构使用军营移动医疗智能专家系统,有利于提高基层军医的专业水平;有利于疾病防治重心前移,减少后送;有利于加强基层部队卫勤保障实力。

Design of field mobile medical intelligent expert system

Abstract:Objective To apply mobile devices, intelligent technologies and information technologies to aid the primary surgeon in medical support. Methods Considering data structure of semantic web and knowledge base, and diseases" mechanisms, diagnoses and treatment, simulating doctor's clinical thinking as well as the internal relationship between traditional Chinese and western medicine, the field mobile medical intelligent system was designed to aid the primary surgeon for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease when the expert and large-scale medical equipment were not available. Results The trials in some primary medical unit resident in Guangxi proved that the effectiveness of the system. The involvement of the system in the medical support by the primary unit contributes to the enhancement of professional ability of the primary surgeon and reduction of evacuation resulting from forward focus of the disease prevention and treatment.
