医院医疗护理不良事件电子上报系统的特点与应用

目的：采用不良事件电子上报系统,解决医院医疗护理不良事件上报无纸化的问题,明确事件的上报流程。方法：通过分析医疗护理过程中不良事件的种类,结合医院的具体上报流程,采用基于ASP.NET开发的不良事件上报系统,制作每种事件类型的对应表单,将流程电子化并与相应表单绑定,通过逐级提交完成上报过程。结果：护士只需简单操作即可填写完成不良事件上报表单,且通过流程图能够查看事件的上报过程,并将所有已提交的不良事件保存,方便日后查看分析。结论：该系统明确了护理人员的岗位职责,以纯信息化方式实现了无纸化办公,大幅提高了医疗不良事件的处理效率,赢得了护理人员的高度评价。

Features and application of electronic reporting system for hospital adverse events

Objective To realize hospital adverse events paperless reporting and determine the reporting flow. Methods The classification and reporting flow were considered, and then an ASP.NET-based adverse event reporting system was developed, with corresponding sheet for each type of event and electronized flow combined with the sheet developed. Results The nurse could fill in the sheet with easy operation and understand the process by flow chart, and could store the reported events for further analysis. Conclusion The system makes clear the responsibilities of the nurse, and enhances the efficiency for treating medical adverse events.
