自动机械通气的最优控制研究

摘    要:目的:研究一种方法使呼吸机通气量保持在适当的范围内,用以改善机械通气质量。方法:利用MATLAB仿真工具建立仿真模型,在总结大量临床实践经验的基础上,利用遗传算法和模式搜索算法寻找最优的呼吸机参数向量。结果:应用最优控制算法之后,呼吸机的各生理参数得到显著改善。结论:该自动机械通气最优控制算法不仅可有效维持血酸水平,提高血氧含量,而且有效避免了气压伤等机械通气损伤并发症的发生。

Research on optimal control of automatic mechanical ventilation

Abstract:Objective To develop a method keeping the ventilation in a suitable range, so as to improve the quality of mechanical ventilation. Methods MATLAB, genetic algorithm and pattern search algorithm were involved in determining the optimal parameters for the respirator. Results Optimal control algorithm made the parameters of the respirator improved greatly. Conclusion The optimal automatic control method can ensure a high-quality ventilation with improved oxygen content and less risk of VALI.Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 (7) : 18-20,36]
