摘    要:目的:对医疗物联网网关与感知节点等关键技术进行分析与设计,并提出整体化解决方案。方法:通过对医疗物联网应用环境的技术分析,对其核心软硬件架构进行设计,提出医疗物联网网关与感知节点的组成与功能实现。结果:为实现医疗物联网网关的功能,要求其硬件具有WAN侧支持多种接口形式及与无线传感网的接口支持多种频段等性能,软件方面选用开源Linux作为基础操作系统。在感知节点的实现方面,硬件采用嵌入式802.15.4无线接入模块的产品形式,软件采用协议栈独立于操作系统,基于事件驱动模型、支持动态CPU休眠的微型调度系统。结论:医疗物联网的关键技术环节医疗多协议物联网网关及感知节点设备的合理设计,是医疗物联网的关键。

Design and applied analysis of solutions for gateways and sensor nodes of medical internet of things

Abstract:Objective To propose a package for the gateway and sensor nodes of medical internet of things (IOT). Based on the analysis on the application environment of medical IOT, the architecture for the core software and hardware was designed, and the components and function implementation of the gateway and sensor nodes of medical IOT were also explored. Results Multiple interface modes for WAN and multiple frequency ranges interfacing with wireless sensor network were involved in the hardware development. Linux operating system was used for the software development. Embedded 802.15.4 wireless access module, event-based driving model and micro scheduling system compatible with dynamic CPU dormancy were applied to the realization of sensor nodes. Conclusion The design of the gateway and sensor nodes is important for medical internet of things.
