内蒙古二连口岸11例HIV感染者流行病调查结果分析

目的了解内蒙古二连口岸出人境人员HIV感染的特点，为加强口岸艾滋病监测工作，对艾滋病高危人群实施行为干预提供依据。方法对内蒙古二连口岸2002～2008年出人境人员艾滋病血清学检测结果及流行病学调查资料进行分析结果对2002～2008年47692名出人境人员艾滋病进行血清学检测，检出HIV抗体阳性者11例，总检出率为0．24％0，11例全部为男性，30-40岁为高发年龄组，职业分布来看商务人员5例，劳务人员4例，高级技术人员1例，外籍人员1例，主要传播途径是性传播。结论经二连口岸艾滋病传人传出的风险正在加大，应继续加强口岸出人境人群的艾滋病监测力度，加强对出人境人员艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育和行为干预，阻止艾滋病在国际间的传播。

Epidemic Disease investigation Analysis of 11 cases of HIV-infection in Erlian Port in Neimenggu

Objective Through finding out the characteristics of HIV-infection among entry-exit personnel in erliang port, Neimenggu, we shall strengthen AIDS monitoring in order to provide foundations for intervention on high risk group of AIDS. Methods nalyze the results of serologic tests and epidemiologic investigations among entry-exit personnel in Erliang port from 2002-2008. Results according to serologic tests of 47692 entry-exit personnel with AIDS, 11 are found to be positive with HIV, with the detectable rate of 0.24%. All of them are men in the high-risk age group from 30 to 40. According to their occupations, 5 are businessmen, 4 are laborers, 1 is a high-level technician and 1 is a foreigner. The major way of transmission is sexual contact. Conclusions the risk of introduction of AIDS through Erliang port is high, we shall continue to strengthen monitoring on entry-exit personnel as well as propaganda, education of AIDS prevention knowledge and behavioral intervention in order to prevent its international transmission.
