东海县县乡医疗机构消毒和灭菌质量监测结果分析

目的了解东海县县乡医疗机构消毒和灭菌现状，为卫生监督提供科学依据，以减少医疗机构内消毒不严而引起的交叉感染。方法依据《消毒技术规范》（卫生部2002年版）对全县26个医疗机构进行监测。结果依据《医院消毒卫生标准》（GB15982—1995）判定，2008年4月份共采集标本892份，空气质量合格率为27．80％，灭菌物品的合格率为58．75％，医护人员手、工作台面合格率为65．19％，消毒剂合格率为98．13％，总合格率为61．43％。结论东海县县乡医疗机构消毒及灭菌质量不理想，建议加强全县医疗机构相关人员的业务培训，进一步加大监督力度。
