羊水胎粪污染66例与新生儿窒息的临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨羊水胎粪污染与新生儿窒息的关系。方法:本文通过对分娩期产程中羊水污染的临床观察,并与胎心监护手段相结合,综合评估胎儿宫内的安危。结果:66例羊水胎粪污染其新生儿Apgar评分≤7分者较对照组明显增高,胎心监护异常发生率明显增高。结论:羊水胎粪污染是胎儿宫内缺氧的表现,其严重程度与新生儿Apgar评分密切相关。羊水胎粪污染必须在胎心电子监护下密切观察产程进展,一旦出现异常尽快结束分娩,以降低新生儿窒息的发生率。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the relationship between meconium-stained amnionic fluid and asphyxia neonatorum.Methods:Combined with the measure of fetal heart rate monitoring,sixty-six intrapartum meconium-stained amnionic fluid clinical cases were studied retrospectively to evaluate the safety of intrauterine fetus.Results:The 66 meconium-stained amnionic fluid live-born infants were much easier to get Apgra rating less than or equal to 7 and a higher ratio of abnormity of fetal heart rate monitoring than control group.Conclusion:This study shows that the phenomenon of meconium-stained amnionic fluid suggests that the fetus is suffering pneumatorexis,and the severity index of meconium-stained amnionic fluid is closely connected with infant Apgra rating.Fetal heart rate monitoring should be used to watch out for meconium-stained amnionic fluid during progress of labor.Once there is any abnormality,partus should be terminated as soon as possible in order to reduce the ratio of asphyxia neonatorum.
