| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨经纤维支气管镜氩等离子体凝固 (APC)在气道金属支架置入后的应用价值。方法 :2例支气管结核、1例气管鳞癌和 1例气管腺样囊性癌 ,在镍钛合金气道支架置入后存在新生物或肉芽组织过度生长 ,应用APC治疗。结果 :4例患者治疗后的评价均为有效 ,术后 8～ 12个月复查治疗局部没有肿瘤及肉芽组织再生 ,支架无断裂。结论 :经纤维支气管镜APC治疗是解决肿瘤或肉芽组织向支架内或过分生长的有效手段之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of argon plasma coagulation (APC) in bronchostenosis after treatment with Niti stents.Methods:Two cases of endobronchial tuberculosis,1 case of squamous cell carcinoma of trachea and 1 case of adenoid cystic carcinoma. All of these cases were treated by APC because of tumor or granulation tissue growth after Niti stents treatment.Results:After treatment, complete response was achieved in every case. APC didn't hurt the Niti stents.Conclusion: These preliminary clinical experiences showed APC was a rather effective method in treating tumor or granulation tissue growth after Niti stents treatment. |
