负压吸引术治疗颌骨囊性病变

目的 通过负压吸引术处理颌骨囊性病变,初步探讨该术式治疗颌骨囊性病变的疗效。方法 选取大型颌骨囊性病变14例,行囊腔负压吸引术。术后定期对患者进行临床、X线检查,并采用组织学方法评价囊璧的形态学改变及囊性病变临近的新骨形成。结果 负压吸引术后1～2个月面部畸形完全消除;术后2、6个月囊肿减小的百分率分别为50.9％和88.1％;术后2、6个月新生骨平均厚度分别为2.6mm和4.84mm。结论 负压吸引术能较迅速消除面部畸形,并促进囊性病变临近的新骨形成。

SUCTION DRAINAGE IN THE TREATMENT OF JAW CYSTIC LESIONS

ve This study was to evaluate the effects of suction drainage of jaw cystic lesions on clinical symptoms and the rate of bone regeneration. Methods Fourteen cases of cystic lesions were treated with suction drainage. Clinical symptoms, radiographical and histopathological findings were evaluated before and after suction drainage. Results (1)The facial deformity was resolved completely 2 months postoperation. (2)The average decrease of cystic size was 50.9% and 88.1% in two and six months postoperation respectively. (2)The average thickness of new bone was 2.6mm and 4.84mm in two and six months postoperation respectively. Conclusion Suction drainage can rapidly correct the deformity caused by jaw cystic lesion and can promote the formation of new bone adjacent to the cystic lesion.
