摘    要:目的 探讨慢性酒精刺激对大鼠海马突触素I(synapsin I)mRNA表达的影响。方法 设立正常对照组(即纯水组)与实验组,两组动物分别以纯水、10%酒精为唯一饮料连续喂养,两组动物又分30d与60d两组。用组织原位杂交技术观察海马突触素Ⅰ mRNA表达的变化。结果 正常对照组大鼠海马CA各区及齿状回有强的突触素Ⅰ mRNA表达。慢性酒精刺激30d后突触素Ⅰ mRNA在海马的表达与正常对照组相比有显著下降。慢性酒精刺激60d后突触素Ⅰ mRNA在海马的表达与30d相比进一步下降。结论 慢性酒精中毒引起大鼠海马突触素ⅠmRNA表达的下降,其表达的下降可能与学习记忆障碍有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of chronic ethanol stimulation on the expression of synapsin Ⅰ messenger RNA in the rat hippocampus.Methods:Rats were divided into two groups:pure water or 10% ethanol was as absolute beverage to breed for 30 days and 60 days.The synapsin Ⅰ mRNA in the hippocampus was observed by in situ hybridization histochemistry.Results:Intersive synapsin Ⅰ mRNA labeling was observed in the hippocampus CA regions and dentate gyrus.The synapsin Ⅰ mRNA expression was decreased markedly after ethanol treatment for 30 days,and there was progressively decline of synapsin Ⅰ mRNA expression after ethanol treatment for 60days.Conclusions:Chronic ethanol treatment can decline the expression of synapsin Ⅰ mRNA in the rat hippocampus.
