64层螺旋CT颅脑血管成像技术分析

摘    要:目的探讨64层螺旋CT颅脑血管成像扫描技术。分析多种图像后处理方法的应用价值。方法应用德国西门子公司SOMATOMSensation64层螺旋CT,对76例疑颅脑血管疾病的患者按颅脑血管成像参数扫描,获得的原始图像应用多平面重建(MPR),最大密度投影(MIP)及立体容积漫游技术(VRT)重建颅脑血管图像。结果所有病例血管显示良好,符合诊断要求。76例中,脑血管无异常23例,动脉瘤36例,脑血管动静脉畸形11例,烟雾病1例,脑动脉狭窄或闭塞3例,2例为颅脑肿瘤性病变。结论64层螺旋CT颅脑血管造影是一种安全、有效、无创伤性脑血管疾病检查手段。MIP及VRT是两种非常重要的血管后处理方法。

Abstract:Objective To explore the scanning technique of 64-slice spiral CT in cerebral vessel angiography, and to evaluate the clinical value of various of post-processing methods. Methods 76 cases of suspicious cerebrovascular diseases were studied with Siemens SOMATOM Sensation 64-slice CT scanner. The initial images were processed with MPR, MIP and VRT. Results All cerebral vessel were well displayed which can meet the requirements of the clinical diagnosis. In 76 cases ,23 were normal ,36 were aneurysms, 11 were AVM, 1 was Moya-moya disease,3 were vaso-occlusive, and 2 were brain tumors. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CTA is an available noninvasive method in diagnosing the cerebrovascular disease. MIP and VRT are important methods in post-processing of image.
