| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重症严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的诊断和治疗方法。方法 对2003年4月30日～6月5日收治的39例重症SARS患诊治情况进行回顾性分析。结果 97例SARS患中39例为重症SARS患(占40．12％)，SARS病死率为5．15％，而重症SARS患的死亡率为12．8％。早期进行积极综合治疗，85％的SARS病人痊愈或显效，重症SARS患治疗的总有效率为66．67％，好转率为20．51％。结论 对重症SARS患进行严密监测，及早采取干预措施，有助于降低其死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical presentations and treatment of serious cases with severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) Methods 39 cases of serious SARS from April 30 to June 5,2003 in the Coal General Hospital were reviewed retrospectively Results Among 97 cases of SARS patients, 39 cases (40 12% )progressed into serious conditions and the mortality of these serious cases was about 12 8% With active combined treatments in early stage,about 85% of SARS patients can be cured or improved significantly The total mortality of SARS patients was 5 15% The cured rate in serious cases with SARS was 66 67% and the improved rate was about 20 51% Conclusion It is important to take intensive monitoring and early intervention for serious cases with SARS patients at high risk in order to reduce mortality |
