辛伐他汀对糖尿病肾病肾功能的保护作用

目的：探索辛伐他汀对糖尿病肾病高脂血症降血脂疗效和保护肾功能的作用。方法：５４例糖尿病肾病高脂血症伴肾功能不全者分成２组。治疗组 ３０例（男性 １６例，女性 １４例；年龄 ５５ ａ± ｓ １３ａ），在常规疗法（贝那普利１０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ，双嘧达莫５０ ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ）治疗基础上加用辛伐他汀 １０ ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ，维持用药 ４８ ｗｋ。对照组 ２４例（男性 １０例，女性 １４例；年龄 ５４ ａ ± １２ ａ），单用与上述相同常规疗法 × ４８ ｗｋ。结果：辛伐他汀组 ＴＣ，ＴＧ，ＬＤＬ－Ｃ，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ，蛋白尿、血Ｃｒ，Ｃｃｒ等改善优于对照组，差别有非常显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：辛伐他汀降血脂同时具有降蛋白尿和保护肾功能作用。

protective effect of simvastatin for renal function in diabetic nephropathies

AIM: To probe the efficacy of simvastatin for lowering lipidemia in diabetic nephropathy with hyperlipidemia and protecting renal function. METHODS: Diabetic nephropathy with hyperlipidemia and chronic renal function lesion (n = 54) were randomly assigned two groups. Simvastatin group (M16,F14;age 54 a - s 13 a) received simvastatin 10 mg, po, qd for 48 wk, in addition to conventional therapy (benazepril 10 mg, po, qd and dipyridamole 50 mg, to, tid). Control group (M10, F14; age 54 a - 12 a) were treated with the same conventional therapy mentioned abave. RESULTS: The improvements of serum cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, proteinuria, serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance in simvastatin group were superior to those in the control group(P < 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Simvastatin can decrease lipidemia, associated to the proteinuria decrease and the protection of renal function.
