摘    要:目的探讨低参数机械通气治疗早产儿肺出血的疗效及应用价值。方法将1999年1月-2004年12月我院NICU收治的肺出血早产儿96例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组52例给予较低参数机械通气(IPPV PEEP)治疗;对照组44例给予常频参数机械通气(IPPV PEEP)治疗。结果治疗组存活率86.5%,对照组存活率61.4%,两组比较有显著差异(x2=8.06 P<0.05);治疗组并过度通气、气胸、颅内出血发生率低于对照组。结论采用较低机械通气参数能提高早产儿肺出血治愈率,并可降低机械通气部分并发症。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the curative effect and usability of lower parameter mechanical ventilation in treating premature infant with pneumorrhagia. Methods The premature infants with pneumorrhagia received in our department from January 1999 to December 2004 into two groups randomly,one was treatment group, the other was control group. And give them lower and general mechanical ventilation for treatment separately. Then analyzed the therapeutic results of the two groups with statistics method. Results In treatment group, there were 86.5 percent survival, In control group, there were 61.4 percent survival. And there were lower incidence rate of complication in treatment group than those in control group. Conclusion Low parameter mechanical ventilation can prominently improve the pneumorrhagia, and reduce the complication of mechanical ventilation.
