高膳食纤维饮食对鼻咽癌患者血清中的抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的观察高膳食纤维饮食对鼻咽癌患者血清中抗氧化酶系统的影响。方法对60例鼻咽癌患者(鼻咽癌组)和30名健康体检者(对照组)进行分组,分别给予高脂和高膳食纤维饮食,3个月后对血清中活性氧(ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平进行检测。结果健康组间血清中的SOD活性、GSH-Px活力及ROS差异无统计学意义,鼻咽癌组间各项指标间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01),不同病理类型间,未分化癌患者组血清中ROS和GSH-Px活性与另两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者体内自由基代谢紊乱,抗氧化损伤能力显著下降,在治疗同时配合高膳食纤维饮食可以提高患者机体的抗氧化能力,对提高疗效具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of high fiber diet on serum antioxidase system in nasopharyngeal neoplasm(NPN) patients.Methods Sixty patients with NPN and 40 healthy subjects as control.The 2 groups were divided again to 2 subgroups,and each of the 2 groups were given high fiber diets and high fat diet,respectively.After 3 months the activity of serum ROS,SOD and GSH-Px was measured.Results Serum ROS,SOD and GSH-Px activity of healthy groups had no difference,while in NPN patient′s groups there was significant difference in these parameters(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01).In the patients with undifferentiated cancer,the ROS and GSH-Px showed significant difference compared to other groups.Conclusion Free radical metabolism is disordered in NPN patients,their antioxidation notably decreased.Drug treatment combined with high fiber diet can improve patient′s antioxidation and it is important for improving the therapeutic effect.
