| 摘 要： | 目的:为了了解早产儿发生的原因及常见并发症,以提高早产儿的救治率及减少伤残的发生。方法:回顾性总结2001~2004年在该院出生的早产儿资料。结果:胎膜早破和双胎为早产的主要原因,并发症以高胆红素血症、贫血、低血糖、肺炎为主。结论:防止胎膜早破是预防早产的关键,而密切观察早产儿并发症的出现及时处理对减少伤残有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the reason of preterm infants and their complications,in order to increase cure rate of preterm infants and decrease the morbidity of disable.Methods:To revise and conclude preterm infants' information born in our hospital.Results:Premature rupture of membrane and twins were the main reasons for preterm infants.The main complications were hyperbiltrubinemia,anemia,hypoglycaemia and pneumonia.Conclusion:Prevention of premature rupture of membrane is the main practice,observing the happening of preterm infants' complications and giving the relevant treatment is meaningful. |
