| 摘 要： | 自噬调节的分子机制十分复杂,常从多个层面影响肿瘤的发生发展,已成为病理学研究的热点.血管生成包括病理性血管生成和生理性血管生成,肿瘤组织中的新生血管为不断浸润生长的原发肿瘤提供营养,与肿瘤的发展和转移密切相关.通过调节内皮细胞的自噬可以直接影响血管生成过程,为肿瘤治疗提供了新的方向.

| Abstract: | The molecular mechanism of autophagy is complicated and it always affects the occurrence and development of tumor in many different degrees, so it is the new hot spot in pathological study area. The angiogenesis includes physiological vaseularization and pathological vaseularization, and the pathological new vessels which provide nutrition for the continuous growth of tumors have a close relationship to the development and metastasis of tumor. The process of angiogenesis can be affected by regulating the autophagy of vascular endothelial cells, which provides a new method for tumor therapy. |
